Terms of Service

✦✦General Rules✦✦

  1. I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason. No reason will be given.

  2. The artwork I created is for personal use only. Art can be used on streams with proper credit. Commercial rights cost 2x final price.

  3. I as the artist reserve full right/copyright for the art I create for my own use/promotional needs. Examples: Social Media, Portfolio, Websites.

  4. You are NOT allowed to change, modify, or edit my works without permission. Do NOT claim the art as your own or remove my watermark/icon.

  5. The art I create for you CANNOT be used for training an AI or for selling NFTs. Breaking this rule will result in blacklisting from me and possibly other artists.

  6. Reposting of the art to social media is allowed with proper credit. @lblank27 on X/ Twitter and @lblank2702 on Instagram.

  7. You must be 18+ to order NSFW(suggestive only). All NSFW(suggestive only) must only feature adult characters. Feel free to ask if you're uncertain.

✦✦Payment Rules✦✦

  1. Payment will be made through PayPal invoice ONLY and paid in USD. Full payment upfront.

  2. My commissions are non-refundable. Unless I no longer wish/ am unable to work on your commission for any reason.

  3. Backing out of a commission(before PayPal invoice is sent) will not result in any issues. Please communicate with me beforehand!

  4. I will initiate the transaction to avoid issues. Do NOT send me any kind of payment even after I have confirmed I have accepted your commission!

  5. Commercial Rights will cost 2x of the final price. Selling my artwork for products without paying the fee will result in blacklisting from me and possibly other artists.

  6. Commission priority may be provided for an additional fee. Up to 70% of final price for commission.

  7. Tips can be given through PayPal invoice or Ko-Fi. Thank you so much! ><

How to Order

✦✦Commission Process✦✦

  1. Clients are required to provide references. Some ideas so I can make sure I understand what you're looking for.

  2. After I've accepted your commission you will be put on the waitlist. Once I've reached your spot on the waitlist, I will send a PayPal invoice. (More info in T.O.S)

  3. After I've received your payment, I will get started on your commission.

  4. I require active communication between the artist and client. If you are unavailable during the commission process, the commission will be halted until you are available again.

  5. Updates will be given about the flow: Sketch, Lineart, Flat(base colors), Render, Completed.

  6. Duration to complete the commission is typically 1-4 weeks from beginning of sketch. If I need more time I will notify you.

  7. Max 3 revisions, additional revisions will come with a fee.

  8. Completed commissions(includes my watermark) will be provided in PNG/JPG/PDF formats through Google Drive/ E-mail.

  9. Completed commissions will be posted on my social media. Let me know if you want to remain anonymous when I post the art.
